I'm chronicling our new adventures on my wordpress blog. You can visit me there at www.littlemrsp.wordpress.com
Since this site was and still is my favorite place to capture a few thoughts, especially quotes and sayings, I will still be here occasionally, but I'm loving the freshness and newness of Wordpress.

It's Official...
After more than 6 months of turmoil, insight, emotions, and discussion we have been truly blessed by a great opportunity in Seattle. We're packing boxes day and night and saying our good-byes to friends and family. I've cried about a dozen times a day. I'm sad for Madi and the friends she's leaving, her teachers, her family. I"m sad for the friendships I've developed, the mentors I've had and my family members that I love seeing as often as possible.
This is a great adventure. I know how lucky we are that this opportunity presented itself. I know how lucky I am to have a husband that wants to move somewhere new and fresh. I'm blessed that we don't have the personalities to pick a home and say its where we want to live forever. We never meant to stay here as long as we have and it may have taken a good kick in the ass to get us moving, but you know what? I'm glad the cards fell the way the did. Especially since I know that our kids will grow up with a sense of adventure and knowledge that the world is a big place to explore.
Seattle....we're on our way!

Quote to Remember
"Any fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius - and a lot of courage - to move in the opposite direction."
